Early Bird (heated)

Rise and shine with this all levels flow class that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized for your day. Slowly wake up and warm the body as you tune into the rhythm of your breath. This class will assist you in building strength, increasing mobility and flexibility. You'll leave this class feeling focused and ready to take on the day!

Vinyasa Flow (heated)

Experience a fun and dynamic combination of movement and breath in this all levels class. From sun salutations, standing poses to inversions and seated postures, there is no set series or postures; every flow class is unique. This class will both strengthen and create space within the body, ease your mind and leave you feeling grounded, yet energized.

Ashtanga (non-heated)

Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga popularized in modern times by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The name Ashtanga Yoga means “8 limbs” in Sanskrit. The practice is a dynamic method of sequenced postures linked with breath and concentration techniques that aim to give practical experience of the 8-limbed method. This is a physically challenging 90 minute class and is not recommended for beginners. An intermediate level of yoga practice is strongly encouraged.

Gentle (non-heated)

The focus of this class is to increase strength, balance and flexibility, while also promoting a sense of fun and inner stillness. This class is accessible to all people regardless of age, ability or prior experience to yoga. Move your body and clear your mind in this gentle and accessible approach to yoga.

Restorative (heated)

During this class you will move through the postures slowly with a a focus on proper alignment of the spine. This class increases mobility and flexibility and encourages deep relaxation. You'll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. This class is accessible to all levels of practitioners.

Warm Candlelit Yin

Yin is a very nourishing practice that targets the joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia within the body. Postures are mainly done on the floor and held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes), allowing a slow and safe opening into the deeper tissues of the body. This class uses less effort and more ease, less strength and more surrender to tap into inner stillness and spacious awareness. This class is wonderful for stress, anxiety and to counter balance the more active styles of yoga. Slow down, unwind and surrender into what is in this soft approach to the practice.

Warm Candlelit

Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)

You will be guided through a meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to the frequency of creativity, intuition, healing and meditation. This practice helps induce deep relaxation throughout the body and mind, decrease stress and tension, alleviate insomnia, neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression.Yoga Nidra is for all levels of practitioners and is experienced in Savasana (laying flat on the back).

Community Class (non-heated)

This is a free by donation (suggestion donation of $5/100 pesos) all levels vinyasa yoga class. A great class for beginners to advanced, expect a gentle flow of strengthening and lengthening with a focus on breath and awareness.

Shakti Naam (non-heated)

Shakti Naam Yoga enhances the body’s capacity to nourish itself. It incorporates standing postures with deep rejuvenating breathing techniques to open the meridians (energy channels) and remove all blocks in the body. This unique fusion of movement, breath, acupressure, stretching and vocal vibration, activates and strengthens the body's self-healing capacities and helps to increase one's life span- providing people of all ages with radiant health, happiness, and vitality.
